  广大教师和教育工作者表示,要坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,大力弘扬教育家精神,全面落实立德树人根本任务,到祖国和人民最需要的地方传道授业、教书育人,为教育强国建设贡献更大力量。

  “每到教师节,习近平总书记总是以各种方式给教师们送来祝福,这次又给全国特岗教师代表回信,让我感到浓浓暖意。”收到回信后,青海省玉树藏族自治州囊谦县第一完全小学特岗教师王雪莲难掩激动。

  “从教近20年,我体会到教育就是用生命影响生命的过程。”王雪莲说,“我将认真学习总书记回信精神,扎根三尺讲台,在平凡岗位上默默奉献,通过日复一日的坚持,点亮更多高原孩子的梦想。”

  2006年,农村义务教育阶段学校教师特设岗位计划实施。20年来,累计选聘特岗教师118万人到中西部农村学校任教,为促进义务教育优质均衡发展、办好人民满意的教育、取得脱贫攻坚战全面胜利、促进乡村全面振兴发挥重要作用。

  “习近平总书记在回信中说我们‘展现了人民教师的情怀和担当’,我深感使命光荣。”黑龙江省汤原县香兰镇中学特岗教师王昕欣说,“乡村孩子渴求的不仅是知识,也需要精神上的陪伴和鼓励。未来,我要继续做学生锤炼品格的引路人,做学生学习知识的引路人,做学生创新思维的引路人,做学生奉献祖国的引路人。”

  长期以来,许多教师默默坚守在广袤的中西部地区,书写促进教育公平、提升教育质量的精彩篇章。

  “去年儿童节前夕,习近平总书记给我们学校的学生回信,今年教师节来临之际又对特岗教师群体提出要求。总书记对中西部教育的关怀一以贯之,我们备受鼓舞。”四川省南充市嘉陵区之江小学教师高毅慧表示,未来工作中,将注重以技术赋能教育公平,进一步打造智慧校园、智慧课堂,满足不同孩子的成长需要,让学校越办越好。

  “用心用情呵护引导孩子们健康成长”——习近平总书记回信中的这句话,令西藏日喀则市南木林县第二完全小学教师刘乙莹感到奋进的方向更加明晰。一年前,这位来自山东的“95后”姑娘研究生毕业后,主动选择到西部任教。

  “教育是一场薪火相传的接力,我们必须跑好属于自己的一棒。我要把个人理想追求融入国家和民族事业中,始终牢记立德树人使命,通过日常教学带动各民族孩子心怀感恩、好好学习,让他们立志成为德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。”刘乙莹说。

  强国必先强教,强教必先强师。

  “总书记在回信中说‘继续坚守教育初心,不断提高教书育人本领’。我将不断探索适合学生的教学方法,加强和青年教师间的互学互助,让教学形式更加丰富、教学内容更有质量,为培养更多堪当民族复兴重任的时代新人贡献力量。”内蒙古兴安盟科尔沁右翼前旗索伦中学教师刘玉忠说。

  “强国建设、民族复兴伟业对我们提出了更高要求。”北京师范大学马克思主义学院党委书记亓振华表示,要牢记习近平总书记的殷殷嘱托,将理论知识与社会实践相结合,引导学生树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观,启迪学生心灵、激扬青春斗志。

  “近年来,我国职业教育迅速发展。作为一名职教教师,我的干劲更足了。”浙江旅游职业学院教师徐迅说,“职业教育前景广阔,职教教师必然大有可为。我将牢记总书记要求,培养更多有一技之长的学生,让每个青年都能在新时代书写自己的青春篇章。”

  加强乡村教师队伍建设,做好新时代教师工作,教育部门重任在肩。

  “我们要深刻领会习近平总书记重要指示精神,优化升级‘特岗计划’,重点加强思政、科学教育和音体美劳等紧缺学科教师配备。同时深入实施中西部欠发达地区优秀教师定向培养计划、师范教育协同提质计划等,为中西部地区培养补充更多优秀教师,以师资均衡配置促进教育公平,以乡村教育发展促进乡村全面振兴。”教育部教师工作司司长俞伟跃说。

Forging new paths within the realm of "this luminous heart," Wang Yangming's final words, "This heart is luminous, what else is there to say," reveal the ultimate realm of the philosophy of mind: rooted in conscience, guided by practice, and guided by the vision of the unity of all things.

For individuals to find their footing amid uncertainty, and for civilizations to establish their subjectivity in a diverse world, both require three key principles:

1. Rooting inward: Protecting the "beacon of conscience" amidst the technological surge and resisting the loss of values;

3. Striving for shared future: Building a community with a shared future for mankind based on the perspective of "all things are one."

"Chuanxilu" is not a legacy left in a pile of old papers, but a work in progress—it calls on us to forge a path that is both our own and a contribution to humanity, balancing adherence to our core values with the courage to innovate.
